Role Summary

As our Business Development Manager you will have a huge impact in scaling our business to the next level. From acquiring new clients to identifying new business opportunities, to building and strengthening long-term relationships.

In this role you..

  • will acquire new clients through cold and warm channels
  • will professionally identify our clients’ hiring needs and the requirements of roles through discovery calls and align with Account Managers to ensure that they match the clients' jobs with the perfect recruiters from our community
  • are able to provide professional recruiting advice to clients based on market insights
  • will develop clients in collaboration with our Account Managers so that we become our clients' preferred supplier and ensure a positive and long term relationship

  • bring a proven track record in acquiring B2B clients
  • ideally worked for recruitment agency players
  • love to take initiative, continuously track results and keep growing and learning from feedback and data
  • are an open-minded and empathetic human who enjoys daily interaction with prospects, clients and your team members in native German and fluent English
  • love the fast-paced, personal, team-oriented vibe of a Berlin startup
