We are Jannis, Jonathan and Tobi from Jomigo – Germany’s most personal recruiting platform. Jomigo helps companies to find hidden talents and job seekers find fulfilling jobs. We achieve this through our exclusive community of specialized recruiters and industry practitioners – our Talent Scouts.

 

Why do we do it?

The easiest way to be happy is to help others be happy. This applies to us as well as to our Talent Scouts. Together we want to make our contribution to a world where everyone can find a fulfilling place to work. This results in three core values for us: Happiness, Connection & Disruption.
