How it Work's

3. Job Publication & Activation of the Jomigo Job-Guides

We publish your jobs on our website and advertise them in our industry-specific networks of registered recommenders (Job-Guides) and on social media. This enables us to promptly receive suitable candidate recommendations for you.

5. Interview & 50€ Reward

You decide who you would like to invite for an interview. There is a small fee of 50€ for the 1st interview of an applicant, which we pass on in full to the recommender. This supports the high motivation and recommendation frequency of our recommenders .

Your bonus: we will refund the first 10 interviews if you hire one of these 10 candidates

7. Placement Bonus

If the contract is successfully signed with a candidate, we charge the placement fee. Diese ist abhängig von der Rolle (Details finden Sie unten). In particluar cases we are happy to offer you special conditions.

With a short questionnaire you can easily send us new job advertisements. We put them into the attractive Jomigo format, which summarizes the most important information for the applicants. Thus the probability for applications is clearly increased.

4. Pre-Selection of HR Experts & Forwarding of Candidates

After receiving applications, we check them for completeness and pre-select the best candidates for you.

6. Selection & Setting

You did not find the perfect candidate yet? No problem, we send you new candidates until you have found and hired the right candidate.

8. Just in Case: Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority: after 3 months, we will receive feedback from you as to whether the candidate continues to meet your expectations or whether your paths have separated. In the latter we will reimburse you 50% of the referral fee.

Conditions

General Information

** Percentage figures refer to the filling of positions without management responsibility. For executives (e.g. manager, head of, director) the commission is generally 15% due to the more difficult filling in case of success. Deviating special conditions can be arranged individually.

*** Satisfaction guarantee: you will receive 50% of the commission if the employment relationship is terminated within the first 3 months.

The 50€ will be passed on 100% to the recommender. We would like to reward them already when their proposed candidates are invited to the 1st job interview, which indicates that a candidate is potentially a good fit and has been well selected. This way our referrers remain permanently motivated to actively recommend jobs.

The percentage commission is only due when the Jomigo candidate is hired and must be transferred within 14 days to the account details stated in the contract. If none of our proposed candidates is hired, this commission is not applicable.

The 50€ for the first conducted interview has to be paid to Jomigo within 14 days so that we can forward it to the recommender as soon as possible. The percentage placement fee is only due if a candidate is successfully hired. You can find all details in our terms and conditions.

Since all jobs with us are filled via recommendations, one thing is top priority for us: Hightest quality. We pay special attention to the following three criteria: Happy employees, a positive vision and ethical responsibility. You can find detailed information about our quality criteria here.

If your job advertisement does not fit into one of these areas, please contact us. As soon as we receive several requests from another area, we will add them to our portfolio and build a network of suitable Job-Guides.

The placement time per job heavily depends on the market situation, so this question cannot be answered in a general way. Through our constantly growing network of registered referrers, experience shows that the longer you work with us, the more and faster you will receive applications. The longer your company is with us, the better you get to know our recommender as a company. As a young start-up, we are diligently gathering new experiences and can guarantee that we will do our best for you.

We are not yet able to share any reliable experience, but look forward to finding out together with you.
