How to Become a Talent Scout?

1. Apply

Get in touch with us here and tell us more about yourself.

2. Short Interview

We’ll invite you to a 30-minute call to get to know you better and answer all your questions. If it feels good for everyone, we can get started!

3. Onboarding & Start

We give you an onboarding to our platform and tools. After that, you are ready to start straight away and can earn your first fees in no time & from anywhere.

4. Get commission

Is a candidate recommended by you invited by the company for a job interview? You will already receive a reward of 50€.

If the company then hires your candidate you will receive a reward of 6.000€-10.000€+.

Your mission as a Talent Scout is to find, motivate and pre-select candidates for the exciting jobs of our hand-picked partner companies. Everyone with a relevant network and a passion for recruiting can apply to be a Talent Scout – whether full-time or on the side. Most Talent Scouts are (freelance) recruiters/headhunters with a large network in the areas of tech, marketing or sales.

Yes, if your scope of work goes beyond the occasional activity as a tipster, the recommendation rewards are considered an income from a commercial activity. If you aren’t sure we recommend to speak to a tax consultant.

All Talent Scouts follow our code of conduct, which you can find here. You will learn what a good and exemplary recruiting looks like as we strive to deliver a most comfortable experience for candidates and our clients alike.
