The Website and eCommerce Manager will be responsible to drive growth through our website and WooCommerce Shop. You will be responsible to maintain and improve our onsite landscape that involves our Website, Landingpages and WooCommerce Shop.

You will also be in charge of creating marketing funnels for marketing campaigns including creative/landing page development and testing, as well as nurture campaigns.

We are looking for a person who has strong analytical skills as well as hands-on experience in WordPress and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate knows the difference between B2B and B2C communication and has collaborated with sales teams before to guarantee success for the whole company.

💪🏻 Core Tasks

  • Manage site content and creative assets on our WooCommerce Shop including but not limited to product uploads, product descriptions, product updates
  • Manager our B2B Website on WordPress to drive growth through lead generation tactics
  • Develop and define recommendations for site enhancements to improve the customer experience through content presentation, navigation and store features
  • Create and optimize landing pages with an amazing user experience
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies to improve conversion rates, including landing page optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, especially the sales team to provide the best solution for our clients
  • Manage site, search term optimization, and other platform-related features that help drive conversion rate
  • Manage promotions for specific products or seasonal offerings
  • Analysis and Reporting, responsibility for eCommerce KPIs

🔐 Key Requirements

  • 2 – 3+ years’ experience and proven track record in eCommerce and website management
  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing ( e.g. website, CRM, social media, etc.), ideally within a high-growth consumer startup environment or fast paced multi-channel retail business
  • Experience in the B2B sector and a good understanding of B2B website strategies
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear consumer insights
  • Optimisation skills – knowledge of the right levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs
  • Innovative and inquisitive – Keen to look for new ways to acquire customers outside of the traditional channels, and remain open and creative about achieving a goal
  • Passionate, energetic and a huge can-do attitude
  • Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, Hubspot and Google Analytics is a must
  • Fluency in German and English is required

💰 Compensation

40.-50.000€ p.a.
