As Head of Growth at Flexcavo, you will be directly responsible for shaping and scaling our B2B software sales and account management team while delighting our customers with our digital product (FlexcavoOS). By driving the marketing and branding strategy you optimize Flexcavo’s brand recognition across the construction industry. You will work directly with the founding team to build one of the leading ConstructionTech companies in Europe.

💪🏻 Core Tasks

  • Shape our growth strategy – Develop and implement a consistent and efficient strategy for our end-to-end software sales including definition of target customers, pricing and packaging, as well as communication practices
  • Make every customer a fan – Lead high value customers from the first conversation to the finalization of the contract as well as to the subsequent growth of existing accounts
  • Empower the team for customer excellency – Conceptualize and define sales pitches and customer success best practices for our sales and account managers and train them on the same
  • Drive the Flexcavo brand – Ensure consistency between the national and local marketing strategy of both physical and digital products in close collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Nurture our product development – Be our eyes and ears on the market and share the valuable feedback with our product department by suggesting new product features to drive the development of FlexcavoOS for ourselves and our customers
  • Track and improve performance – Aggregate and report on performance and actively leverage data to identify growth opportunities along the customer journey as well as behind the scenes
  • Hire and lead your team – Build up and lead a strong and talented team consisting of different backgrounds across Software Sales, Account Management as well as Marketing and PR

🔐 Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience including the management of growth/sales/marketing teams selling SaaS to SMEs and mid-sized companies (ideally within B2B software sales in a high growth environment)
  • Track record of defining and implementing an overall software sales and CSM strategy while providing a structure for effective scaling and target achievement
  • Marketing experience in a digital environment, preferably in connection with a physical product
  • Exceptional structuring and analytical skills with the ability to set up efficient business processes in a timely and goal-oriented manner with an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude
  • Adaptive, outgoing, and positive professional who loves working in an ever-changing environment with a no-task is too small attitude
  • Able to establish immediate credibility with peers, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Degree in business management, engineering, economics, or a similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills
  • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the construction industry
