In your role as Senior Recruiter you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process, facilitating interviews and being part of the development of the recruitment strategy.

💪🏻 Core Tasks

  • Management of the entire recruiting process, including active sourcing
  • Organisation, implementation and preparation of job interviews
  • Development of recruiting strategies for a wide variety of teams – from account management to consulting, creation and finance 
  • Creation, development and maintenance of suitable applicant pipelines 
  • You are a sparring partner for our managers in the teams  and help them to bring the best talent on board and offer them an excellent candidate experience   
  • Proactively taking on projects or special tasks to further develop our Talent Acquisition (e.g. implementation of an interview toolkit, planning of social media activities, university marketing, onboarding etc. )  

🔐 Key Requirements

  • Must haves
    • You have 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the communications industry
    • You have professional experience in an agency.
  • Additional Requirements
    • You want to learn, develop yourself and us, grow with us and have a real “growth mindset “
    • Networking and building relationships with contacts at different hierarchical levels is easy for you 
    • You have experience in building and maintaining trusting relationships with candidates and stakeholders across different locations 
    • You have otherworldly active sourcing skills and a strong can -do mentality 
    • You move confidently on the international stage, you find it easy to work with  candidates and colleagues from various backgrounds and you speak and write English fluently 
    • You are pragmatic, committed, have the necessary sensitivity when dealing with people and communicate proactively and enthusiastically
