In your role as Head of Growth you will join the founding team of La Fourche Germany and be responsible for the overall growth and performance marketing strategy.

đŸ’ȘđŸ» Core Tasks

  • Design the full performance marketing system in Germany across all digital channels
  • Own the growth roadmap from strategy and budget to monitoring and optimization.
  • Build the global acquisition playbook for acquisition and activation through all online channels including Google Ads, Social Ads, Native Ads, Affiliation & partnerships, CRM.
  • Be hands on, test all the time and use growth hacking tactics to expand quickly our reach in Germany
  • Design, execute and analyze marketing campaigns: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, monitor execution, budget and performance. Collaborate closely with our Brand team for impactful creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze performance and set up reportings and dashboards to drive predictable growth, enable actionable decisions and efficient budget allocation for future initiatives.
  • Recruit and lead the growth marketing team, nurture talents and develop your team’s strengths.

🔐 Key Requirements

  • Must haves
    • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within a fast growth consumer startup/scale-up, a digital agency or relevant equivalent
    • Managed a team (min. 3 FTEs)
    • A proven track-record on managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns and budgets across several channels (Social Ads, Google Shopping, Refer a Friend, Video Ads, etc.), as well as experience with PR & influencer marketing
    • High potential/A player
    • Fluent in English. French & German are not mandatory 😉
    • Located in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • Additional Requirements
    • Ability to use and manage common online marketing tools as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Contentsquare or other
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in a relevant field such as business management, economics or marketing.
    • Excellent analytics and complex data management skills ; ROI thinking with result-driven and performance-oriented mindset
    • Entrepreneur mindset, get things done attitude, resilience, and ability to move mountains
    • Solid leadership & management skills to recruit and engage the best talents and make sure they are growing as fast as your business
    • Copywriting skills to test & iterate on campaigns tactics
    • Emphatic nature enabling hearing & understanding your customers, stakeholders and team members
    • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity
