In your role as Head of Brand and Communication you will join the founding team of La Fourche Germany and be responsible for the overall communication, content and brand strategy

đŸ’ȘđŸ» Core Tasks

  • Create a love brand by defining our communication playbook in Germany, developing brand content and ensuring consistent positioning
  • Create and manage a distinctive digital community to convert new users and engage members through content creation on owned channels (newsletter, social media etc.)
  • Kick-start brand awareness from earliest days through efficient Public Relations strategy
  • Develop, launch and monitor an influencer marketing program to fuel acquisition
  • Co-develop the overall marketing strategy to support hypergrowth hand in hand with the growth team, including the creation & orchestration of multichannel campaigns
  • Recruit and lead the communication team, nurture talents and develop your team’s strengths

🔐 Key Requirements

  • Must haves
    • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within a fast growth consumer startup/scale-up (ideally food industry), a digital agency or relevant equivalent as well as experience with PR & influencer marketing
    • Managed a team (min. 3 FTEs)
    • Deep knowledge of German consumers, ability to understand consumers’ mindset and levers, strong brand culture and consumer research exposure
    • High potential/A player
    • Fluent in German & English. French is not mandatory 😉
    • Located in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • Additional requirements
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in a relevant field such as business management, communication, branding or marketing
    • Some knowledge of successful sustainable brands or sustainability-related communication is a plus
    • A proven track record on building up brands and creative content management
    • Entrepreneur mindset, get things done attitude, resilience, and ability to move mountains
    • Excellent business sense, creativity, copywriting and storytelling skills
    • Solid leadership & management skills to recruit and engage the best talents and make sure they are growing as fast as your business
    • Emphatic nature enabling hearing & understanding your customers, stakeholders and team members
    • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity
