How is the Search fee calculated, and when do I pay?

Search is a percentage of annual salary, shown under "Two ways to hire" above. Where you land depends on how hard the role is and how many roles you hire for. You pay only when you hire. We go through the exact fee and terms on a call.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Every Search hire comes with a guarantee. The exact terms are part of your offer.

Which roles and locations do you cover?

Sales & GTM, Engineering, Marketing and Product roles, from experienced individual contributors to Head-of level, and C-level case by case. Most of our hiring is in Germany, mainly Berlin and Munich, and across DACH. We've also placed in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia.

How do you use AI?

After the discovery call, our AI recruiting agent works from the transcript. It turns your answers into a recruiter briefing, maps the market and builds a list of target and look-alike companies. The specialists on your role review and challenge that strategy before the search starts, and you see it too.

Who is in your network and how do you vet them?

Our network is freelance recruiters and small boutique agencies, each specialised in a field like engineering, GTM or marketing. Every recruiter in our vetted network has been interviewed by Jomigo, and for each role we pick the ones with a track record on that kind of role.

Do you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes, most of our clients have an in-house TA team. We take the roles or profiles they don't have capacity for, work in your ATS if you want, and you keep one contact on our side. On a slot, that includes a weekly pipeline sync.
