Short Role Description

Core Tasks

As a Business Developer (f/m/d) you will...

• Take care of the acquisition of new customers with commitment, responsibility and heart and soul.
• Win further projects with existing customers and continuously work on expanding the contact area with them.
• Take on the complete lead in project initiation – from A for making an offer to V for contract negotiations.
• Are also active as a contact person for the customer and for our employees in the support of ongoing projects.

Key Requirements

Must haves:

• Experience in Sales and a proven track record
• Basic knowledge in IT (specifically in Java)
• Should be able to fully understand what clients wants to built and be able to give guidance regarding tech stacks
• Speaks native German (C2) fluent English

Further requirements:

• Ideally already worked as a developer in the past, but could be someone who studied IT and therefore understands how applications are being developed, projects managed etc. )
• In/around Hamburg or willing to relocate
• Social fit with the Team

65.-75.000€ p.a.

1. Online interview with Kristin or a Biz Dev colleague (Goal: Find out if the candidate fits Holisticon and vice versa)
2. F2F sales challenge which is related to Biz Dev and Tech (Goal: Test for social and skill fit; Challenge can entail to elaborate a code to test tech knowledge)
3. F2F Discuss challenge with Biz Dev Peers (Goal: Clarify appearance and technical competencies)
4. Internal discussion and offer / rejection
