As our Sales Development Representative, you will have a huge impact in scaling our business to the next level, through managing the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure.
In this role you will..
- Engage with potential clients: Reach out to potential new clients through cold (and warm) channels and professionally identify the prospects’ hiring needs through discovery calls.
- Provide recruiting insight: Offer professional recruiting advice based on market insights, inspiring clients to collaborate with Jomigo.
- Negotiate and win: Negotiate the terms and conditions, and win new clients.
- Align with our Account Managers: Coordinate with our Account Managers to ensure that clients' job openings are matched with the perfect recruiter setup from our community, tailoring to each client's unique requirements. Our goal is to become our clients' preferred supplier, fostering positive and long-term relationships.
