When do I get paid?

Interview fees are paid on a monthly basis and placement fees right after the contract signature.

Do I have to register a business to be active as a Talent Scout?

Yes, if your scope of work goes beyond the occasional activity as a tipster, the placement commissions are considered an income from a commercial activity. We would advise you to clarify this with a tax consultant.
