Role Description

‍

We support the customers' IT with our own product portfolio: from innovative cloud services to hosting and colocation. The customers' existing IT can be seamlessly integrated into a future-proof setup, which enables IT transformation at your own pace. In addition, we can combine our own cloud products with hyperscaler solutions to form a customer-centric and managed multi-cloud. Customers thus remain independent of the provider and also receives a transparent decision-making framework regarding the sovereignty of their data.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join us as soon as possible. With us you can choose whether you wan to work completely remote, hybrid or on-site. Major Tasks:

  • You have come to the right place if customer communication is your passion. You know what your customers want before they say it and are therefore a driving support in our customer engagement
  • You create creative, professional and technical results that inspire your customers and bring real added value by supporting your customers on their way from potential customers to active users of our products
  • You not only take care of the customer relationship proactively, but also regularly suggest new ways with which your customers can have even more success through the collaboration with us
  • You form the bridge between sales, support, product management and service. After intensive training, you will get to know all relevant existing customers in your first six months
  • You continue to expand your knowledge and customer relationships, to generate significant long-term sales growth through cross- and upselling.

Must-haves: 

‍

  • Around 3-5 years experience in inside sales and/or customer success management
  • Basic technological knowledge and interest in cloud topics
  • Excellent communication skills and a focused customer orientation
  • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented work style as well as good organisational skills
  • Willingness for personal development in various technological areas
  • Native level of German language
  • High level of motivation and hungry for success

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the cloud or IT companies
  • Good level of English
