Based on the technologies we developed, we have spun off a solution to provide accurate, extensive and centralised information on moving shipping containers.

Core Tasks
As a key member of the IoT team, your major responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with our operations team to plan on-site interventions, sometimes on short notice
- Install new Aeler IoT devices on shipping containers in remote ports or deports
- Replace defective units and perform basic troubleshooting (both Hardware and Firmware)
- Being part of the quality improvement by reporting back to the Quality team to help improve the product quality and M&R procedures
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years professional experience with IoT devices and customer service
- Versatile technician with background in electronics and/or automation
- Used to travel for remote and/or maintenance jobs
- Valid driver's license (cat. B)
- Handy. Needs to be familiar with common power tools such as drill driver and riveting gun
- Able to improvise, solve problems and on the go
- Fluent in English
- Other languages (such as German and French) is a plus
