Mission

Looking to the future, we expect an energy future without coal-fired power plants, harmful oil and gas heating systems and internal combustion engines. Energy will be generated decentrally instead of centrally and will be used collectively. To achieve this, we want to interconnect the sectors more effectively and offer all the components and information needed for this purpose. We also plan to encourage other companies to invest in the PV sector, expanding this way our installation and project planning activities.

Brief profile of the position

You are an experienced manager in operational purchase looking for the next opportunity to lead a team with drive and excellence? Core tasks

  • Responsible for sourcing products and optimizing the supply chain
  • Lead and develop the current 18-strong operational purchasing team
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies and processes to increase efficiency and support business growth
  • Use synergy effects and cooperate closely with sales, internal service, product management, marketing and the warehouse to meet the needs of customersIdentify potential savings and cost optimizations in the purchasing process
  • Monitor supplier relationships and ensure quality standards

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operational purchasing, ideally in the photovoltaic industry or a similar technical area, in a comparable function
  • Competence in leading and developing teams with complex team structures
  • Skills in supply chain optimization and supplier relationship monitoring
  • Analytical understanding and entrepreneurial thinkingInterpersonal communication skills and strong argumentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in both German (C1) and English (C1)
