Short Role Description
Core Tasks
As an Inside Sales Specialist (Trainings & Workshops & Projects) (f/m/d) you will...
- You are responsible for advising our customers on the selection of suitable workshops and training courses
- You organise and coordinate training and workshops and our range of services in this area
- You are responsible for preparing offers
- You look after and maintain our customer database, always able to hear and address customers' concerns and recognise potential collaboration opportunities
Key Requirements
Must haves:
- You have gained experience in internal sales and know how to successfully advise and support customers
- You have a strong organisational talent and a high level of customer orientation
- You are a great communicator, motivated and enjoy working in a team
- Basic knowledge in IT (specifically in Java will be a big plus)
- Should be able to fully understand what clients wants to built and be able to give guidance regarding tech stacks
- Speaks native German or C2, and business fluent English
Further requirements:
- Ideally, you have knowledge in trainings and workshops
- In/around Hamburg or willing to relocate
- Social fit with the Team
