We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, leveraging our entire portfolio across Managed Security Services, Cyber Risk Management Services, Threat Intelligence and Professional Services. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for engaging with prospects, directly or along with channel partners, to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities related to BlueVoyant's solutions.
Core Tasks
Partner with Microsoft in Germany, build and work on joint opportunities to serve better our clients
Drive healthy revenue growth within your assigned territory
Lead the overall sales process, from prospecting through contract execution for new and existing customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to achieve positive outcomes to our Clients and Partners
Consistent and effective engagement towards the cyber security and risk client leadership individuals
Able to work with Salesforce.com to report account activities, maintain and forecast his/her pipeline in a timely manner
Build a business and account plan to support personal and team objectives, achieving success on a territory, partner and revenue basis
Maintain transparency and aspire trust and integrity on daily basis
Qualifications
Must-haves
At least 5 years of demonstrable and consistent enterprise sales track record, exceeding Sales targets
Cyber security sales experience
Very good understanding of Microsoft structure, programs and security platforms
Knowledge and proficiency of the sales process from initiation to close
Excellent listening, verbal communication and proposal creation skills
Proven experience with territory development
Positive, tenacious, persuasive and goal driven
Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), Google workspace, and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
In-depth understanding of managed security services, managed detection and response, vendor risk capabilities in the cybersecurity market
Experience in a start-up environment and be able to contribute to refining our offerings and go-to-market approaches
Have experience with EDR software like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One and SIEM platforms like Sentinel or Splunk
Knowledge of the Microsoft Sales Organisation-from Account Executives to Specialists who are involved in selling Microsoft's suite of security products
