We organize 860 team events, team training and team development measures a year - in the fresh air and indoors, physically, online and hybrid, throughout Germany and Europe - for 50 to 3000 participants. Role Description

  • Internal sales with variable home office share
  • Support for customers in the team event area
  • Advising customers in the field of team development
  • Writing offers for team events and team developmentIndependent price calculation
  • Conducting online consultations
  • Customer acquisition online and by phone
  • Work in remote sales team and office team
  • Holistic sales process from advice to the offer to the conclusion

Must-haves

  • Very good communicator & salesperson
  • Experience in sales and in long-term customer care
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Confident & professional appearance, especially on the phone and in video conferences
  • Very good self-organizationMS Office experience
  • You are honest and want to work at BITOU
  • You want to develop yourself and do a job that brings meaning
  • Computers and video conferences are already part of your daily routine and you have mastered the Office products
  • You enjoy working in a team and bringing in new ideas
