Brief profile of the position
Are you a Principal Engineer with the Tech Stack Grails and React and are you interested in the capital market? Then we look forward to hearing from you. We are a young, dynamic team of analysts, event managers and software developers who work together in an agile and interdisciplinary manner. We have an excellent network in the small and mid-cap community and act as an innovative platform provider for exchange between listed companies and institutional investors. And that's what this platform is all about. We want to further develop this platform in-house and are looking for our first in-house developer, who will not only play a decisive role in the course of our strong growth, but will also have the opportunity to build his own team in the future.
Core Tasks
- Further development of our platform and development of new features (70% backend, 30% frontend)
- Close cooperation and consultation with our five freelance developers (leadership and project management experience is an advantage)
- Development of customer-centric web applications with a focus on Grails and React
- Development of APIs for data queries and processing Integration of APIs in web applications Close cooperation with all stakeholders
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of the applications (including troubleshooting and troubleshooting)
- Support in the continuous improvement of our system architecture and documentation
Key Requirements
- Degree in computer science or comparable experience

- At least 7+ years of experience in (full stack) development of web applications in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience)
- Current tech stack: Grails, React, GCP , HTML, CSS, HTTP, developing RESTful APIs, MariaDB
- Very good knowledge of database development Sound knowledge of the development of APIs and the integration of APIs in web applications
- Very good understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical relationships to other stakeholdersInterest in the capital market and sound knowledge of the best technical solutions here to develop
