Short Role Description

Core Tasks

As a Sr. Salesforce Manager (Operations/Sales) you'll be ....

  • Working cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to empower insights, centralize information, analytics and tools
  • Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.
  • Specifically, you will be first leading the architecture and implementation of Salesforce for the company
  • Manage dashboards, track metrics and build data-driven forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
  • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalise, and analyse the impact of business initiatives

Key Requirements

Must haves:

  • +5 years of sales/revenue operational experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • A deep knowledge of CRM software and the administration of them, especiallySalesforce; a Salesforce certification is helpful but not required.
  • Be familiar with manipulating and analysing data (Excel, etc).
  • Past experience in structuring/designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across different industries and managing installed packages and/or connected apps
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Attention to detail, outstanding communication and project management skills, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
  • Fluent in English.

Compensation

50.-65.000€ p.a.
