Short Role Description
Core Tasks
As a Sr. Product Owner you'll be ....
- Helping to create something new, durable and resilient
- Managing the product and owning the product backlog
- Building backlog of product features and write user stories incl. acceptance criteria while making sure they are complete, integral and consistent.
- Keeping the product team efficient and focused by creating a strong alignment in the working team towards strategic and operational goals
- Actively contributing to the further development of product roadmaps and continuously improve the product lifecycle operations
- Gathering valuable feedback from the customers and manage a validated learning process
Key Requirements
Must haves:
- Several years of product ownership
- You have experience in finding and optimizing the product-market-fit
- You are a team player, creative, open-minded and communicative.
Nice to have:
- You embrace change and you are familiar in agile processes like Scrumban
- You have optimally led already a team or have the motivation to do so in the future
- You have optimally experience in healthcare or finance
